Leukocare is excited to announce the preprint publication of our Excipient Prediction Software (ExPreSo), an advanced machine-learning solution that streamlines excipient preselection for formulation scientists.

Trained on data from over 300 protein/peptide therapeutics, ExPreSo analyses the protein sequence of a drug substance and outputs a list of common excipients, ranked by their likelihood to be found in a stable formulation. This tool is part of Leukocare's suite of bioinformatic innovations, including molecular modeling and database solutions.

By leveraging AI and data-driven insights, ExPreSo helps formulation scientists improve the likelihood of selecting protective excipients for experimental testing, leading to better formulations, reduced costs, and ultimately, improved patient outcomes.
